Who I am

I am Elizabeth, or 'Kalika', my spiritual name ...

Always attracted by mystery, the inexplicable, esotericism, anthropology and shamanism, with the potential for self-healing of our body and soul, a lover of animals and nature in all its forms, I approached the holistic world following what I call 'my awakening', due to a trauma that upset my life in the 2003.

Since then, a long and profound journey has begun in search of peace in the vast world of energies, a mainly personal training path to get to understand the why of life, why we are here now, and what is the mission that our soul is in charge of this earthly existence ....

Well ... my (presumptuous?) Mission is to bring people to reach their maximum state of physical, mental and spiritual well-being with awareness .... in short, HOLISTIC ... as I feel I have to reciprocate the Universe for the good things I have received.

Ayurvedic lymphatic drainage

I was able to alternate between different types of Ayurvedic treatments, all valid, but personally I need lymphatic drainage, the results of which are visible from the next day: you have a feeling of lightness and you immediately feel more deflated: the body immediately responds to drainage.

We worked on a postural problem of my little dog Fred, which involves more subtle levels and which I have been treating with homeopathic remedies for months. With this technique, along the time line, guided by the coherent responses of his body, we have come to identify the genealogical origin of the problem and correct it. Fred immediately showed greater vitality and a more balanced weight distribution on his legs, allowing him to walk much better.
